With a monthly membership subscription, user gets personalised concierge service with a dedicated personal manager who visits weekly on set days to take care of home needs. DDIY is a horizontal aggregation of services β it combines different vertical local on-demand services with our technology and personal managers. Users do not have to be physically present at home to collect shopping orders or let the plumber or electrician in; users also do not have to go through many separate applications to coordinate and complete different errands. This allows them to save time, effort and mental energy that can be better spent on other things that matter. DDIY personal managers visit members in the neighbourhood on set days which enable them to group chores, creating economies of scale and passing along value to users. DDIY partners with property managers, asset management companies and property developers for buildings to become powered by DDIY, creating greater economies of scale and passing along even more value to members. The more members use DDIY, the more intuitive it becomes such that it is able to anticipate their needs. It is able to stock up the right flavour of Nespresso capsules; it knows which type of wine to recommend; it gauges when the shower gels and hand soaps are running low.
