Privacy Policy

This privacy policy (hereinafter referred to as the "Policy") applies to the handling of User Information, including personal information, on the online media service "TOPDECK" (if the name or content of the Service is changed for any reason, including the Service after such change) (hereinafter referred to as the "Service") provided by I&CO LLC (hereinafter referred to as the "Company").

1. User Information to be Collected and Method of Collection

In this Policy, "User Information" means information pertaining to the identification of the User, action history on the communication services and other information generated or stored in relation to the User or the User's device, which is collected by the Company in accordance with this Policy.

The User Information collected by the Company in the Services, depending on the method of collection, may include.

(3) Information the Company collects when the User use the Services.

The Company may collect information about how the User access and use the Services. This includes the following information.

IP address
Information on server access logs
Cookies, ADIDs, IDFAs and other identifiers

(4) Information the Company collect based on the User's individual consent when the User uses the Service.

The Company collect the following information from the terminal being used if the User has individually consented to this in the manner set forth in the preceding three paragraphs.

The specific purposes of use of User Information relating to the provision of the Services are as follows.

(1) To provide, maintain, protect, and improve the Service, including the acceptance of registration, identification, user authentication and recording of user settings in relation to the Service.

(2) To measure user traffic and behaviour.

(3) To distribute and display advertisements and measure their effectiveness.

(4) To provide information on the Service and to respond to enquiries, etc.

(5) To respond to violations of the Company's terms and conditions, policies, etc. (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms and Conditions") relating to the Services.

(6) To notify amendments to the Terms and Conditions and other matters relating to the Service.

3. Methods of Notification, Publication or Obtaining Consent, and Methods of Requesting Cessation of Use

3-2 The User may request that the cessation of collection or use of all or part of the user information by making the prescribed settings for the Service, in which case the Company will promptly stop its use in accordance with the provisions of the Company. 4-2 After opting out, basically behavioral targeting advertising will no longer be delivered to users (although advertisements other than behavioral targeting advertising will be delivered). Please note that the opt-out may not function effectively due to a change of browser, deletion of cookies, change to a new device or other circumstances, and the User may need to go through the opt-out procedure again. Please note that opting out may render some services in the Service unusable.

4-3 The Service incorporates the following information collection modules. The following information will be provided to the information collection module providers (including those located outside Japan) as follows. 5. Provision to Third Parties

The Company shall not provide personal information to third parties (including persons outside Japan) without the prior consent of the User. However, this does not apply to the following cases where it is necessary to provide personal information to a third party (including persons located outside Japan)

(1) Where the handling of personal information is subcontracted in whole or in part to the extent necessary for the achievement of the purpose of use by the Company.

(2) Where personal data is provided as a result of the succession of business due to a merger or other reason.

(3) Where personal data is provided to a business or an information collection module provider in accordance with Article 4.

(4) Where it is necessary to cooperate with a state body, a local authority or a person entrusted by such a body in carrying out the affairs prescribed by law, and where obtaining the consent of the User may impede the carrying out of such affairs.

(5) Otherwise as permitted by the Act on the Protection of Personal Data ("Personal Data Protection Act") and other laws and regulations.

6. Disclosure of Personal Data

If the User requests disclosure of personal information in accordance with the provisions of the Personal Data Protection Act, the Company shall, after confirming that the request is made by the User himself/herself, disclose the information to the User without delay (if the relevant personal information does not exist, the Company shall notify the User thereof). However, this does not apply in cases where the Company is not obliged to disclose the information under the Personal Data Protection Act or other laws and regulations. Please note that a fee (1,000 yen per case) will be charged for the disclosure of personal information.

7. Correction and Suspension of Use of Personal Data

7-1 When a user requests the correction of personal information in accordance with the provisions of the Personal Information Protection Act on the grounds that (1) the personal information is untrue, or (2) the personal information has been handled beyond the scope of the previously announced purpose of use or has been collected through deception or other wrongful means, the Company shall conduct the necessary investigation without delay after confirming that the request is made by the User and, as a result, the Company shall correct the personal data or suspend the use of it, and notify the User thereof. If a decision is made not to correct or suspend the use of the personal data, the User will be notified thereof.

7-2 If a user requests erasure of the User's personal data, and the Company consider it necessary to comply with the request, the Company will erase the personal data after confirming that the request has been made by the User himself/herself and inform the User thereof.

7-3 The preceding two paragraphs do not apply if the Company is not obliged to correct or suspend the use of personal data under the Personal Data Protection Act or other laws and regulations.

9. Procedures for Amending the Privacy Policy.

The Company will amend this Policy as necessary. However, in the event that the Policy is changed in such a way that the consent of the User is legally required, the changed Policy shall only apply to the User who has agreed to the change in the manner prescribed by the Company. In the event of any amendment to this Policy, the Company shall make known or notify the Users of the effective date and content of the amended Policy by display on the Company's website or by any other appropriate means.
